Mabel's Farm Box was founded by Shelley Dunning in 2021 at a local farm and brewery. With no other food available on many days, Mabel's provided California salami, cheese, fruit and nuts to visitors to the farm. Today you can find Mabel's Farm Box at 227 E Street in the heart of downtown Davis. We also partner with Great Bear Vineyards to provide charcuterie and cheese boxes in their tasting room.

The name "MABEL" is an acronym for Mothers Always Bring Extra Love. That same love goes into every Mabel's box. Each box is prepared with the hope that it will bring a little joy and togetherness to those who consume it. We are proud, fortunate and extremely grateful to provide you with the best meat, cheese and produce available.
